2nd group meeting on 11/2/2010 (Thursday)

Our 2nd edu group meeting will be held on :

Date- Thursday

Time-3.30pm

Venue-Wisma level 5 DSA

Meeting outline:

1. Inform members about the decisions made during committee meeting


2. Answers the questions asked during last group meeting


3. Plan the edu programs in detail. The program proposal must be done during this meeting. ( Proposal need to be submitted on 12/2/2010, this Friday)


4. We need to take into account for the number of people involve, material cost,ect.


5. Group treasurer need to submit the cost budget on this Friday(12/2/2010).


6. Group secretary need to submit the report and the proposal to Committee Secretary on this Friday too.

Other info:

• Anyone who is interested in designing T-shirt can contribute your efforts/ideas to 宣傳組. Also, please give them the contact number of T-shirt companies if you know any of them yeah.


• The 2nd committee meeting report will be uploaded soon after I received it from committee secretary. Special Thanks for both group and committee secretary for their contribution^^


• Our 1st group meeting has been uploaded and you can download it on the side bar. (Sorry for the delay because of the internet problem)


• You have to come to every group meeting because there will be punishment for those who absent without any valid reasons ( by the name of our president, not by me DS ). So, I wish everyone good luck XD.

I know it must be hard for everyone to keep up with all the cos activities and meetings lately, and I also understand that the workload is very heavy. However, I really do hope that everyone can take this challenge until the last second.

Lastly, I hope you will get motivated by the spirit of this little boy even though you don't understand the lyrics at all :) Enjoy ^^
