Results of committee meeting

Important

1. Bonding camp falls on 12th to 14th of March. (attendance is compulsory; training section is part of the camp)


2. Program proposal need to be summited before bonding camp ( deadline 4th March)


3. we will '下鄉' on 5th of June to 11th of June (compulsory too)


4. our theme is" 心向太阳,改变未来"  sun symbolizes energy from us, and with the energy,they will be able to change their future into a better one.

Task

1. We will have group meeting this week Friday, 5th of Feb, at 11am , in HELP main block's DSA.


2. Everyone brainstorm 1 edu program before the meeting and share it during the meeting. )


3. We need to elect 1 treasurer in our group.


4. Kai Yan is our group secretary now. If u cannot attend the meeting on Friday  pls contact her and tell her the time you are free.  her contact number is in excel doc, downloadable in the side bar>>>>
