Next Group Meeting on 19/03/2010

To all edu group member,

We will be having our group meeting on 19/03/2010.

Time: 6pm

Venue: Main Block Lower Foyer

Sorry for the change of venue as after 6pm, the lights along the corridor are off.

The purpose of this group meeting:

1. Further discuss our activities in details


2. List out the materials and ingredients that needed for our activities


3. Discuss the activities that we are going to run in next GM.


4. Brainstorm new activities. (Our activity is too little)

Note: Yin Foong will need to hand in the budget planning for our group by tomorrow. Sorry for informing so late as I just get the news on Wednesday afternoon.

Please sent me you guys' timetables so that I can choose the meeting time wisely before I set the time and day for next meeting.
