Late without reasonable excuses - punishments decided during GM

Did not attend - Fine of RM5 *must attend next group meeting to be updated*

COS Group Meeting

Did not attend - punishments decided during GM

Meeting Minutes - posted within 2 days after the day of meeting

Late Submission of Meeting Minutes - members will be fined RM1 per member for the group

*MEMBERS HAVE TO BE INFORMED OF GROUP MEETINGS 2 DAYS BEFORE MEETINGS unless it's an emergency meeting*

Community Outreach Period

1) Hair

• Only black in colour or white if you are old


• Boys : fringe not over eyebrows, sideburn not in contact with ears, back hair short


• Girls : tied up or pinned at all times

2) Have good behaviour

Unacceptable Behaviours - Given the opportunity to take lead during morning exercises

ALL EXCUSES FOR NOT ATTENDING MEETINGS ARE TO BE INFORMED TO GROUP LEADERS WITHIN A DAY AFTER DATE OF ANNOUNCEMENT.

EXCUSES FROM MEMBERS NEED TO BE POSTED ON THE BLOG BY GROUP LEADERS.

PUNISHMENTS FOR COMMITEE MEMBERS WILL BE DOUBLE!!!   OMG!!!    T.T...

• no transport


• meetings being too late *if meetings are set early*
