Bonding Camp for 6th batch members:
i. Date: 4/3/2011 – 6/3/2011 (To be confirmed)

ii. Venue: Janda Baik

iii. Tasks to be delegated:

• 1st day (4:30pm – 6:30pm) ~ ice breaking – Yin Foong & Wei Fen
• 2nd day(8:30am – 12:30pm) ~ stations game – Yong hao & Kin Fong
• 2nd day(2:00pm – 6:30pm) ~ backup activities last for 2 hours – Clara & Der Shen
• 3rd day(8:30am – 12:30pm) ~ promotion team + backup activities – Jill & Berry

iv. Training session for 6th batch:

• Opening ceremony
• Propaganda tactics
• One activity from every group

v. Schedule for activities of 6th batch:

• 2nd day (2:00pm – 6:30pm) – games group, education group and counseling group
• 2nd day night – opening ceremony
• 3rd day (8:30am – 12:30pm) – Propaganda tactics (publicity group), games group

vi. Others:

• Dinner (Steamboat) ~ equipment stuffs + foods – Kok Wai
• Entertainment – couple fashion show (To be confirmed)

vii. Important notes:

• Collect the proposal from 6th batch group one week before the bonding camp.
• Accommodation and bus will be settled by Wei Fen.

1. First half of year – Jill & Yong Hao will be in charge of organizing one activity
2. Second half of year – Clara & Yin Foong will be in charge of organizing one activity

2. 2011 event for HELP UC COS
    a. Event: Carnival + Sport day (maybe jointly organize with HELP 慈青)

   b. Targeted people:
       • Carnival – Public
       • Sport day – Orphans

   c. Tasks to be delegated:
       • Yin Foong – structure of the organization
       • Wei Fen – contact the orphanages (Sport day)
       • Kin Fong – seeking people for booths (Carnival)
       • Berry & Der Shen – Looking for possible venue

   d. Things to be done:
       • Collecting relevant information
       • Contact Henry Chua (people in charge of 慈青) – 012-7783831

    a. Date: 26/1/2011 (Wednesday)
    b. Time: 9:30am onwards
    c. Venue: Wisma HELP, Level 5
    d. Thing to be done: Group leaders should come out with the ideas of organizing the small-scale activities.
