General meeting & Bonding Camp

Our general meeting:

1. a)Date: 7th of March (This coming Sunday)


2. b)Time:12-6pm


3. c)Venue: HELP RESIDENT (Hostel), 1st floor


4. d)Activities:Group meeting; task delegation; discussion with other groups; learn songs&dance

Bonding Camp :

1. Date:12th,13th,14th of March


2. Venue: Janda Baik, Pahang


3. Time: We assemble in main block at 12.30pm be4 we go camp

I have already uploaded 3 files in the side box. They are the bonding camp attendance file, the 3rd committee meeting report, and the bonding camp registration form.

Everyone must complete the following task:

1. Confirm your GM & Bonding Camp attendance with me (ignore this if u had already do so)


2. Pass the bonding camp registration form& RM 100 to our group treasurer (Yin Foong) before this Thursday (4th of March).

Yin Foong is only free on:

a) Tues,12pm-1pm, in main block;and

b)Wed,10am-12pm;2pm-4pm; In KPD areas

c) contact her personally for further information

For those who can't attend GM or Bonding Camp, do not worry if you have valid reason. The task will be divided clearly in the GM and your team members will contact you asap to let you follow up with our progress.

Finally, Wanna apologize for spamming your phone inbox & confuse you all with the GM meeting time. Actually, I just tried to inform everyone as soon as I got the info from president, without knowing they actually change it later. Well, the time above is all fix, so I hope everything is clear now.

I know everyone is very busy lately ( me too... having midterm this week).  I just hope that everyone can co-operate well and complete the 2 personal task quickly, so that Yin Foong doesn't need to waste too much time on unnecessary things.
